Spirituality

Bishop Miege strives to integrate classroom content with experiences of living the truths and values of the Catholic/Christian traditions.

To this end, each student completes four credits of classroom theology, as well as serves 80 hours of community service during their fours years at Miege.

The Campus Ministry Office serves the students, faculty and parents by providing spiritual activities beyond those opportunities offered within the classroom setting. These activities include liturgical celebrations, reconciliation service, special assemblies, retreats, group discussions, peer ministry, workshops and spiritual and personal counseling.

Because of the amazing success of our Capital Campaign, the Campus Ministry offices were completely refurbished during the summer of 2002. The CMT staff and students are thrilled with the results, and are pleased to have more meeting space, more storage, and a brighter, more welcoming area.

Archbishop Keleher dedicated and blessed the newly renovated St. Angela Merici Chapel in May 2004 and the beautiful new stained glass window was installed in June of 2005.
